Jacket presents well for VG-. Seams are barely holding, and the gatefold has been pulled apart to expose the pic below the zipper.

Sticky Fingers stands as a defining moment in The Rolling Stones’ catalog, blending raw rock with intimate acoustic moments and touches of blues and soul. Produced by Jimmy Miller and engineered by Glyn Johns and Andy Johns, the album features notable contributions from Paul Buckmaster’s strings and guests like Jim Dickinson and Ry Cooder, adding layers beyond the Stones’ core sound. Tracks like "Brown Sugar" and "Wild Horses" balance gritty swagger with heartfelt storytelling, while "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" extends into a jam that’s as much a mood as a song—proof that the band was comfortable stretching out even when anchored in focused listening. This 1971 pressing offers a vintage snapshot of that era on vinyl, complete with the nuances of a well-played copy. The record is graded VG-, indicating noticeable wear and some surface noise that might remind you this disc has seen its share of turntable time, but it still holds together for replay. If you appreciate an album that merges rock grit with acoustic refinement—and don’t mind a bit of vinyl character—this Sticky Fingers pressing delivers an honest slice of Stones history without any need for polish. After all, even a rock legend’s fingerprints show up on the grooves now and then.

Listen / sample

The Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0694/9932/2684/files/Ny04OTMwLmpwZWc_861435b0-9e0a-486b-b0a2-10323263ce44.jpg?v=1791224761
