Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days
- Media Mail or Ground is standard
- Tracking is provided
- International shipping available but buyer pays customs/duties
Returns:
Returns accepted for:
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect items sent
- Defective NEW pressings (skips, warps, manufacturing defects)
- Returns accepted for 14 after delivery
Returns NOT accepted for:
- Opened new vinyl (unless defective)
- Vintage vinyl records (unless misgraded)
We do not pay your cost to ship returns to us.
