Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Media Mail or Ground is standard

  • Tracking is provided

  • International shipping available but buyer pays customs/duties

 

Returns:

Returns accepted for:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Defective NEW pressings (skips, warps, manufacturing defects)

  • Returns accepted for 14 after delivery

Returns NOT accepted for:

  • Opened new vinyl (unless defective)

  • Vintage vinyl records (unless misgraded)
