Charlie

Rock music
Charlie emerged from the UK rock scene in 1971, founded by Terry Thomas. The band gained traction during the mid-1970s and continued to make music until 1986. Although they did not find chart success in their home country, they achieved recognition in the US with four minor hits. Their debut album, "Fantasy Girls," was released in 1976 and featured songs like "Turning To You" and the band's most notable track, "She Loves to Be In Love," which reached No. 54 on the US charts. In 1983, Charlie experienced their peak success with the single "It's Inevitable," hitting No. 38. The original lineup included members Terry Thomas, John Anderson, Steve Gadd, and Martin Smith. After a long hiatus, they released their final album, "Elysium," in late 2015, marking the end of their musical journey.
