Throughout his career, he has released 22 studio albums, with one of his most notable works being the 1987 album "Bring the Family," which featured a stellar backing band including Ry Cooder, Nick Lowe, and Jim Keltner. Hiatt's songwriting prowess is evident in songs like "Have a Little Faith in Me," which has been covered by artists such as Joe Cocker and Bon Jovi, showcasing his influence in the music industry. With nine Grammy nominations to his name, Hiatt’s contributions to music have not gone unnoticed; in 2008, he received the Americana Music Association's Lifetime Achievement Award for Songwriting.
