Over the years, he collaborated with renowned musicians such as Miles Davis and Sonny Rollins, showcasing his versatile talent. In 1960, Bryant formed his own trio and signed with Columbia Records. He achieved commercial success with his hit single "Little Susie," which peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot R&B chart. Another notable track, "Madison Time," reached No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, solidifying his presence in the music industry. Throughout his career, Bryant released several memorable songs, including "Sack o' Woe" and "Cubano Chant," leaving a lasting impact on the jazz scene.
