The Pineapple Thief emerged from Yeovil, Somerset in 1999, founded by Bruce Soord. This English progressive rock band has built a substantial discography, releasing 16 studio albums and 6 EPs to date. Their debut album, "Abducting the Unicorn," set the stage for their evolving sound, which has been characterized by introspective lyrics and melodic compositions. In 2014, they released their tenth studio album, "Magnolia," showcasing their growth and maturity as artists. The lineup has seen changes over the years, with Gavin Harrison joining in 2017, adding his renowned drumming skills to the mix. The band's notable tracks include "Snowdrops," "Someone Here Is Missing," and "Dissolution," which have resonated with fans and helped solidify their place in the progressive rock scene.
