The Tymes

The Tymes

The Tymes, originally established as the Latineers in Philadelphia in 1956, made a significant impact in the music scene after changing their name in 1960. They achieved remarkable success with their chart-topping hit "So Much in Love" in 1963, showcasing their soulful vocal harmonies. Their influence extended internationally, highlighted by their UK number one single "Ms Grace" in 1975. In recognition of their contributions to music, The Tymes were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2005. Despite the passing of lead vocalist George Williams in 2004, the group continues to perform with the surviving original members, delighting fans with their timeless classics like "Wonderful! Wonderful!" and "You Little Trustmaker."
