Barry White- Sings For Someone You Love-LP

Barry White – Sings For Someone You Love

Sings For Someone You Love catches Barry White right in his late-’70s sweet spot, where soul, funk, and disco meet his unmistakably romantic R&B persona. The track list leans straight into that world, with titles like “Playing Your Game, Baby,” “It’s Ecstasy When You Lay Down Next To Me,” and “Oh What A Night For Dancing” giving a good sense of the album’s slow-burn and dance-floor appeal. By this period, White was already a major crossover presence, with a Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper, multiple top ten singles, and several platinum albums behind him. This is a 1977 vintage vinyl pressing priced at $10.00, making it an affordable Barry White copy with plenty of period appeal. The record is graded VG, so expect more visible wear and possible background noise, while the music remains the focus. A nice lower-cost way to bring home a classic-era Barry White soul/disco album.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
