Spirits Having Flown captures the Bee Gees at a moment when their blend of smooth harmonies and polished pop was resonating worldwide, featuring memorable tracks like "Tragedy" and "Too Much Heaven." This 1979 album follows their disco-era success, offering a mix of lush ballads and upbeat grooves that highlight the group's knack for crafting emotionally rich melodies. While it doesn’t reinvent their sound, it reinforces their place in late ’70s pop culture, alongside contemporaries like Donna Summer and ABBA. This pressing from 1979 arrives on standard vinyl in stereo, presenting the music as it was intended for home listening at the time. The vinyl is in VG++ condition, meaning it’s glossy and very clean with only minor, faint surface marks that should not interfere with playback. It’s the sort of copy that fits neatly into a collection without demanding a microscope, perfect for those who appreciate this era of Bee Gees without fussing over every scratch. You might say it’s a record that’s all spirit and no nonsense. Spirits Having Flown - Vinyl, LP, Album, Stereo.
