Enchantment’s Once Upon a Dream offers a rich slice of Detroit soul from this vocal quintet, blending smooth harmonies with intimate, acoustic-driven arrangements that reward focused listening. Tracks like "If You're Ready" and "Angel In My Life" showcase their knack for heartfelt melodies, while "Sunny Shine Feeling" adds a lighter touch that keeps the album from drifting into the overly sentimental. This 1977 pressing invites you to hear the group’s sound just before their official 1978 release, which makes it a neat piece of the band’s timeline—proof that dreams sometimes arrive fashionably early. This copy comes in a VG+ condition, meaning it carries the light marks and paper scuffs typical of a well-played record but nothing that should interfere with your enjoyment of the music. The vinyl’s clarity supports the album’s intimate vibe without fuss, making it a practical choice for anyone wanting to explore Enchantment’s soulful craft. When a group sings as smoothly as this quintet, you might say the grooves do most of the talking—no need for extra polish to make a statement.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
