Galaxie 500- Today-LP

Galaxie 500 – Today

Today is the debut studio album by American indie rock band Galaxie 500, originally released in 1988 on Aurora. Produced by Mark Kramer, the album helped define the dream pop and slowcore genres with its minimalist arrangements and atmospheric sound. Tracks like "Flowers" and "Don't Let Our Youth Go to Waste" showcase the band’s signature blend of melancholic melodies and hypnotic rhythms. Galaxie 500’s influence extends beyond this release, as they are often cited as pioneers in the indie and shoegaze scenes of the late 1980s and early 1990s. This vinyl is a new pressing, still sealed in its original shrink wrap, ensuring pristine condition for playback.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
