Johnny Nash- I Can See Clearly Now-LP

Johnny Nash – I Can See Clearly Now

Johnny Nash’s I Can See Clearly Now pairs his pop crossover moment with a real Jamaican reggae connection: Fabulous Five Inc. served as the backing band. Released on Epic in 1972, the album includes “Stir It Up” alongside the title song, which became one of Nash’s defining hits. Nash also produced, giving the record an artist-led feel at a time when reggae was reaching a much wider pop audience. This is a 1972 vintage vinyl pressing priced at $16, appealing if you want a period copy rather than a later edition. The record is graded VG+, a solid everyday grade with a few light lines, sleeve marks, or small scuffs expected, but not wear that should dominate the music. A good copy for hearing Nash’s bright crossover sound with the added pull of its original-era pressing context. I Can See Clearly Now.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
