Open Up by Ray, Goodman & Brown offers a quietly compelling experience, inviting focused listening with its intimate acoustic ensemble. The album’s understated approach reveals the trio’s skill in weaving soulful harmonies and nuanced musicianship without the need for elaborate production. Its appeal lies in the subtlety—this is music that suits a moment when you want to lean in rather than turn up, a reminder that less can be plenty more. This 1982 pressing presents the album on vinyl with a clarity that supports its acoustic textures and close-knit performances. The record condition rates as VG+, meaning you can expect typical signs of use like light surface marks or faint scuffs that won’t overshadow the listening experience.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
