Sam Butera- Jump Jive an Wail-LP

Sam Butera – Jump Jive an Wail

Sam Butera’s Jump Jive an Wail connects directly to the Louis Prima and Keely Smith world where Butera made his name as a prominent tenor saxophonist. That background is the big appeal here: Butera sits right at the meeting point of jazz, rock & roll, and pop showmanship, with a style tied to one of mid-century entertainment’s most recognizable bands. This copy is a Germany import vinyl pressing of unknown year, priced at $22. The import angle gives it a little extra interest for a Butera title, especially if you’re looking beyond the most common domestic copies. The record is graded VG++, meaning the vinyl should be very clean overall, with only very small light marks, sleeve scuffs, or faint lines expected. A nice higher-grade copy for someone who wants Sam Butera’s Prima-era energy on the shelf without overcomplicating the pressing details.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
