Alan Young’s Mickey’s Christmas Carol offers a focused listening experience built around a modest acoustic ensemble, creating an intimate holiday narrative that invites you to linger in its storytelling. Tracks like "Oh, What A Merry Christmas Day" and "Under The Mistletoe" carry a warmth that’s gentle without overwhelming the senses, making it a thoughtful soundtrack for quieter moments during the festive season. The album stands apart by blending seasonal themes with a pared-down musical approach, giving it a distinctive place among holiday releases. This 1982 vinyl pressing presents the album with clean, glossy grooves that show only faint, superficial signs of previous play, making it a solid choice for those who appreciate a well-kept record. The acoustic setting and focused mood come through clearly on vinyl, and the record’s VG++ condition means you’re unlikely to encounter distracting surface noise. If your collection leans toward contemplative holiday music or you’re curious about a less conventional take on seasonal tunes, this pressing offers a neat package—proof that sometimes, less really is more when it comes to celebrating Christmas on vinyl.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
