The Delfonics’ 1969 album Sound of Sexy Soul stands as a smooth testament to the group’s signature blend of tender vocals and lush arrangements. Known for tracks like "Ready Or Not Here I Come" and "Let It Be Me," this record offers a focused listening experience where every note feels carefully placed, showcasing the Hart brothers’ harmonies alongside Randy Cain’s contributions. The album sits comfortably in the realm of intimate soul, where the acoustic ensemble brings warmth without fuss, making it a rewarding listen for those who appreciate the subtleties of classic R&B. This vintage pressing from 1969 comes on vinyl and presents with a VG grade, meaning you can expect some surface wear and the possibility of background noise, but it remains fully playable. While not pristine, this copy offers a chance to explore The Delfonics’ sound as it was heard in its own time—a bit like finding a message in a bottle, only with fewer seagulls and more soul.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
