Barry White- Let The Music Play-LP

Barry White – Let The Music Play

Barry White’s Let The Music Play came out in 1976, right in the heart of his soul-disco run. The title track “Let The Music Play” was a real international mover, reaching No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart, and it gives the album a recognizable anchor for anyone drawn to White’s lush, groove-centered side. The record also lands in that mid-’70s space where funk, soul, and disco were starting to overlap in a very natural way. This is a 1976 vinyl pressing, so it has nice period appeal without needing any overstated edition claims. The record is graded VG+, meaning a few light lines, sleeve marks, or small scuffs should be expected, but not wear that should dominate the music. At under $15, this is an affordable Barry White copy with a strong everyday listening grade.
