Eagles Greatest Hits Volume 2 collects some of the US country rock band’s most polished and enduring songs from the late ’70s and early ’80s, reflecting a period when their sound embraced a fuller, more electric approach. Tracks like "Hotel California" and "Life In The Fast Lane" showcase the group’s knack for storytelling through layered arrangements, while "Seven Bridges Road" offers a more intimate, acoustic moment. This compilation highlights the band’s ability to blend rock grit with harmonies and nuanced songwriting, making it a solid choice for anyone drawn to focused listening that balances complexity with accessibility. This 1982 vinyl pressing presents those tracks with a straightforward approach, suitable for collectors who appreciate a reliable vintage pressing without chasing specific mastering variants. The record grades at VG+, indicating it plays well with the usual minor surface marks typical for everyday use but nothing that should overshadow the music. In a collection, it slots nicely where you want a snapshot of the Eagles’ evolution beyond their initial hits, and you won’t need to be a “New Kid In Town” to enjoy it.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
