Alive! stands as Kiss’s breakthrough live album, delivering the raw energy and showmanship that defined their early career. Engineered and produced by Eddie Kramer, known for his work with rock greats, the record channels the band’s rowdy anthems like "Rock And Roll All Nite" and "Deuce" with a punchy immediacy that studio versions often miss. This 1976 pressing offers a snapshot of Kiss just as their reputation for theatrical concerts was taking hold, making it a key listen for anyone drawn to classic rock’s louder, flashier side. This vinyl pressing comes graded VG+, indicating it’s well-suited for regular play with only minor surface marks unlikely to interfere with listening. The 12-inch format frames the band’s larger-than-life sound with room to breathe, and the pressing year places it close to the album’s initial wave of popularity. If you’re building a collection around classic rock’s live energy or want a solid example of Kiss’s early stage persona captured on vinyl, this copy fits the bill. After all, a live album named Alive! shouldn’t be anything less than spirited.
