Miles Davis- Bitches Brew-2xLP

Miles Davis – Bitches Brew

Bitches Brew pushed Miles Davis’s electric period into bigger, looser territory, with rock-influenced arrangements built around improvisation rather than traditional jazz rhythms. Following the direction of In a Silent Way, Davis leaned further into electric piano and guitar textures, with Teo Macero’s production helping shape the album’s expansive studio feel. It remains a key Miles Davis record for listeners interested in the point where jazz fusion and rock vocabulary really start to overlap. This is a 1970 Santa Maria repress, priced at $75. The two records are graded VG+, and the copy is also noted as very close to NM, so expect a strong everyday listening grade with only light handling-type wear rather than heavy vinyl wear. For a vintage Bitches Brew copy, the appeal here is the period pressing context paired with above-average condition for both discs.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
