Copy notes: Beautiful disc and jacket.

R.E.M.'s Document stands out as a focused listening experience that highlights the band’s knack for blending acoustic elements with a compact ensemble approach. Tracks like "It's The End Of The World As We Know It" and "The One I Love" showcase their ability to balance urgency with intricate songwriting, delivering a sound that’s both thoughtful and immediate. The album’s mix of thoughtful narratives and sharp rhythms places it firmly in the realm of attentive engagement rather than background noise, making it a rewarding listen for anyone who prefers to lean in rather than zone out. This 1987 vinyl pressing offers a near-mint copy with exceptionally clean grooves, making it a strong candidate for anyone looking to add a well-preserved edition to their collection. The 12-inch format presents the album in a straightforward package, free from embellishments but rich in content. Given the pressing’s condition, you can expect minimal surface flaws and a playback experience that maintains the integrity of R.E.M.’s distinctive sound. It’s the kind of record that invites you to pause and appreciate the details—proof that sometimes less is more, even when the world’s ending.
