Richie Furay – I Still Have Dreams

Richie Furay’s I Still Have Dreams is a 1979 Asylum Records solo album from one of country rock’s key architects. Furay had already co-founded Buffalo Springfield, Poco, and the Souther–Hillman–Furay Band, and that background gives this record real appeal for listeners drawn to the rootsier side of late-’70s rock. The title track, “I Still Have Dreams,” became his only Top 40 solo hit, while his version of “Oooh Child” shows him taking on a classic song outside his own catalog. This copy is a 1979 white label promo vinyl pressing, a nice format detail for a Furay solo title. At $14, it’s an affordable Richie Furay vinyl copy with more character than a standard issue. The record is graded VG++, a very clean used-vinyl grade with glossy surfaces and only very small light marks, faint lines, or sleeve scuffs expected.
