The Lovin Spoonful- Everything Playing-LP

The Lovin Spoonful – Everything Playing

Everything Playing catches The Lovin Spoonful in late 1967 on Kama Sutra, returning to the band’s folk-rock direction while bringing in harder rock elements. It is also a notable transition record: guitarist Jerry Yester appears here after replacing Zal Yanovsky, giving this album a different place in the Spoonful story. “Priscilla Millionaira” adds another point of interest as the only known track featuring bassist Steve Boone on lead vocal, alongside familiar album cuts like “She Is Still A Mystery” and “Six O’Clock.” This is a 1967 vinyl pressing priced at $12, making it an affordable vintage Lovin Spoonful copy. The record is graded NM, with vinyl that looks almost untouched: glossy, clean, and with no visible lines, scuffs, or sleeve marks noted. For the price, the clean vinyl grade is the strongest reason to give this transitional Spoonful album a close look.
