The Lovin Spoonful – The Very Best Of

The Very Best of the Lovin' Spoonful is a 1971 vintage vinyl pressing of the band's 1970 compilation album, released on Kama Sutra Records. This collection features the Lovin' Spoonful's key hits from their influential 1960s career, showcasing their blend of rock, pop, pop rock, and folk rock styles. The album cover is notable for its distinctive clay sculpture artwork by Ollie Alpert, photographed by Bob Bailey, depicting the band without facial features. The Lovin' Spoonful were an important part of the 1960s folk-rock movement, known for their melodic songwriting and catchy arrangements. This VG+ condition vinyl may show minor hairline marks and some wear but should deliver a solid listening experience with only light background noise. The Lovin Spoonful.
