Ghostbusters (Original Soundtrack) brings together a focused selection of tracks that blend acoustic textures with the playful spirit of the film it accompanies. The album features notable songs like "Ghostbusters," "Cleanin' Up The Town," and "Main Title Theme," offering a mix that moves from catchy vocal performances to instrumental pieces such as "Dana's Theme." This soundtrack stands out for its compact ensemble feel, making it a compelling listen for those interested in a soundtrack that balances pop sensibilities with a more intimate musical setting. It’s the kind of record where the title invites you in, but the music keeps you sticking around longer than a ghost at a party. This 1984 pressing offers a vinyl experience with very clean grooves, showing only minor, barely noticeable surface marks typical for its age. Graded VG++, this copy maintains a glossy finish and should please collectors who appreciate soundtracks with a clear, precise presentation. The straightforward 12-inch format makes it easy to slot neatly into any collection, and its condition suggests it has been well cared for without the need for a spectral intervention. Various.
