Bob Dylan- Real Live-LP

Bob Dylan – Real Live

Bob Dylan’s Real Live catches his 1984 European tour on record, with much of the album drawn from Wembley Stadium in London. Released by Columbia, it lands in a mid-’80s Dylan moment where the live arrangements and band choices are a big part of the interest. Mick Taylor brings lead guitar presence, Ian McLagan is on keyboards, and Carlos Santana also appears, giving the set a notable guest-musician angle beyond a routine concert album. The track list revisits Dylan material from several eras, including “Highway 61 Revisited,” “Maggie’s Farm,” “I and I,” “License to Kill,” and a heavily revised “Tangled up in Blue.” This is a 1984 vinyl pressing priced at $22.00, appealing if you want a period copy of Real Live. The record is graded NM, a high used-vinyl grade that generally points to an exceptionally clean disc, close to new visually; paired with the vintage pressing, that is the strongest buying point here.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
