Buddy & Soul by Buddy Greco offers a refined listening experience rooted in jazz and pop standards, delivered with the elegance that defined Greco’s career. Recorded in 1962, this album finds Greco interpreting timeless tunes like "Come Rain Or Come Shine," "Fly Me To The Moon," and "Round Midnight" with a subtle touch supported by a compact acoustic ensemble. His smooth vocals and piano work provide a cozy, intimate atmosphere, making the record a fine choice for those who appreciate focused vocal jazz without the flash of larger orchestras. If you’ve ever wondered how to make a small ensemble sound as expansive as a night sky, this album provides a neat answer. This pressing dates to 1962, aligning closely with the album's original release period, which is a plus for collectors mindful of era-specific sound and presentation. The vinyl itself grades at VG+, meaning it carries the usual light surface marks or paper scuffs that come with regular play but should not interfere significantly with listening. It’s a solid copy for anyone looking to enjoy Buddy Greco’s mid-century style in a genuine vintage format. For those organizing their shelves, consider this a smooth operator that fits nicely among early ’60s vocal jazz records without demanding a spotlight.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
