Cannonball Adderley- Greatest Hits-LP

Cannonball Adderley – Greatest Hits

Cannonball Adderley’s Greatest Hits pulls together the alto saxophonist’s most popular material up to that early stretch of his career, making it a handy entry point into his hard bop and soul-jazz world. Adderley had a gift for making serious jazz feel immediate and welcoming, and a hits-style collection like this keeps the focus on the tunes that carried that appeal. This is a 1962 vinyl pressing, giving the copy nice vintage jazz context without asking you to sort through later editions or bonus material. At $16, it’s a straightforward way to bring home a clean Cannonball title from the period. The record is graded VG++, which generally points to glossy, very clean vinyl with only very small light marks, sleeve scuffs, or faint lines expected.

Sound samples are included to help you get a feel for the music, but they may not always match the exact pressing or track version of the record listed. When in doubt, trust the photos and pressing information - that's the actual record you're buying.
