Humble Pie – Eat It

Humble Pie’s Eat It arrived in 1973 as the band’s fifth studio album, following the momentum of 1972’s Smokin’. It reached No. 34 on the UK Albums Chart, giving this early-’70s Humble Pie vinyl LP solid commercial context beyond the band’s core rock audience. Recorded at Green’s Playhouse in Glasgow, the album reflects the group’s live-energy side, with blues rock, rhythm & blues, and funk/soul elements worked into their hard rock foundation. The track list includes “Get Down To It,” “Good Booze And Bad Women,” “Black Coffee,” and “I Believe To My Soul,” all pointing to the band’s rootsy, groove-driven range on this set. At under $15, this is an affordable Humble Pie Eat It vinyl pressing from 1973. Both records are graded VG+, so expect a strong everyday listening copy with a few light lines, sleeve marks, or small scuffs possible, but not wear that should dominate the music.
