The Two Sides Of Leonard Nimoy offers a curious blend of introspective storytelling and gentle acoustic arrangements, reflecting the actor’s unique detour into music during the late 1960s. Tracks like "Highly Illogical" and "The Ballad Of Bilbo Baggins" reveal Nimoy’s playful yet thoughtful approach, weaving spoken word and folk influences with a compact ensemble that invites focused listening. It’s a record that sits comfortably at the intersection of pop culture and quiet reflection, with "Spock Thoughts" providing a glimpse into Nimoy’s most famous alter ego’s inner life—proving that even Vulcans aren’t immune to the human condition. This 1967 pressing delivers that blend on vinyl with a grade that suggests it has been handled with care but shows signs of regular play, typical of a well-loved record from this era. The VG+ condition means expect some light surface marks or paper scuffs that shouldn’t distract from the listening experience. If you’re exploring the musical side of Leonard Nimoy’s career or have a curiosity about vintage spoken-word folk pop, this pressing holds its own as a neat artifact without needing to beam you up.
