Meco – Ewok Celebration

Ewok Celebration connects Meco back to the screen-music disco world that made his name, with the title placing it in the same pop-culture orbit as his best-known work. Meco was Domenico Monardo, an American producer and musician whose 1977 space-disco take on the Star Wars theme became a platinum-certified US success. This 1983 vintage vinyl pressing carries that same blend of dance-floor pop culture and soundtrack-minded appeal, with funk/soul, disco, hip hop, and stage-and-screen tags giving it a very period-specific personality. The record is graded VG+, a solid everyday listening grade where a few light lines, sleeve marks, or small scuffs may be present, but not wear that should dominate the music. At $10, this is an affordable Meco vinyl copy with fun genre crossover appeal and a practical condition grade.
