Radiohead – Amnesiac

Radiohead’s Amnesiac came out in 2001 as the band’s fifth studio album, drawn from the same Nigel Godrich sessions that produced Kid A. Rather than make a double album, Radiohead split the material, giving Amnesiac its own knotty shape: electronic influences run alongside threads of twentieth-century classical music, jazz, krautrock, and alternative rock. “Pyramid Song” is one of the major reasons the album still pulls people in, widely recognized as one of the decade’s standout Radiohead tracks, while “I Might Be Wrong” and “Knives Out” show how varied this set can be. This copy is a new vinyl pressing, still sealed in its original shrink wrap. At $44, its appeal is straightforward: a sealed copy of one of Radiohead’s closely connected post-Kid A records, with no used-vinyl handling to weigh into the decision.
