The album's acoustic ensemble arrangements offer a focused listening experience that reveals the band's tight musicianship and willingness to explore beyond typical funk conventions. It's a record that occupies a unique spot in War’s catalog, balancing accessible melodies with more intricate instrumental passages. This 1973 vinyl pressing brings that era’s energy to your turntable, presenting a physical snapshot of War’s early sound. The record is graded VG, meaning it plays well though you might notice some surface wear and occasional background noise, which is par for the course with records of this vintage.
