Raspberries – Fresh

Fresh followed the Raspberries’ debut later the same year, quickly sharpening the band’s power-pop identity with big pop hooks and a polished Jimmy Ienner production. “I Wanna Be With You” and “Let’s Pretend” both reached the Top 40, which gives the album a little extra pull beyond its reputation among power-pop listeners. The stylized raspberry cover art also gives the record a bright, period-correct visual stamp that suits the band perfectly. This copy is a 1972 Japan import vinyl pressing, priced at $38. The record is graded VG++, so expect a glossy, very clean copy with only very small light marks, sleeve scuffs, or faint lines typical of the grade. For a vintage Raspberries record with strong song recognition and a clean vinyl grade, this Japan import is the kind of copy that makes sense on the shelf.
